RECOMMENDATIONS TO E.C.A. CUSTOMERS

If any faults occur through incorrect installation, misuse or environmental problems always use original E.C.A. spare parts to maintain the original specifications and performance of the product. Do not use detergents and solvents containing acid to clean chrome plated or painted products. All cleaning agents figuring corrosive reactions will damage chrome plated and painted surfaces ( eg. cleaning agents containing chlorine) Use only natural soap, water and a smooth cloth to clean the product. Metallic tools will damage the chrome plated or painted surfaces. This product is completely controlled and can be fitted directly to the water installation. Before assembling the product, clean the water installation by letting water flow through the pipeline, so that is completely free of dirt. For long term and trouble free use we recomend that you install a filter valve to the main inlet and clean the filter periodically

WARRANTY

E.C.A. Products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in material, workmanship and chrome finish for a period of 5 years and for other finishes for a period of 2 years. The warranty period starts from the arrival date to the original purchaser. Product faults caused by abuse, misuse, incorrect installation, hard water, maintenance or accidental damage are not covered by this warranty .No repairs or replacements will be made under such circumstances except at the customers's expense. Liability under all warranties expressed or implied is limited to replacement of defective goods only.
